My Journals have been a consistent part of my life since middle school. I still look through old journals for ideas. I have books and books full of words, photos, drawings and ideas. These are a few pages from my journals, some recent, and some from before college. I hold my journals as tremendously valuable, and the process of making a journal as the purest form of my creativity. Without the technical problems of sculptures, and making work purely for myself and for the exploration of it, I am free to play.
